Below you can have a free 'model valuation' of your home (that you own or have in mind). The report you receive also contains a cadastral map.

What can you do with this valuation?

• It is a basis for determining a realistic purchase or sales price
• It provides an indicative and objective starting point for your mortgage application.
• You can use the valuation to check the WOZ value and, if necessary, file an objection to the WOZ decision.
• You can use the valuation to obtain a reduction in the monthly payments for your current mortgage by requesting an adjustment of the risk class from your lender (if it appears that the remaining mortgage debt has become lower compared to the (increased) value of the home).
